Breaking: Bayern Wins 2020 UEFA Champions league title

The German giants Bayern wins their sixth (6) Champions league title since 1955 till date

Bayern Munich overcame Paris St-Germain in a tightly contested Champions League final in Lisbon.

Bayern has been at their best since the ease of Coronavirus lockdown which was preceded with a thorough stroking of both Chelsea and Barcelona.

Bayern won every match from the group stage through the final, and it survived a valiant challenge from PSG, which was looking for its first European title to validate its abundance of spending since its Qatari ownership took over. 

Paris Saint German really tried their best in the game. I was really impressed because I was thinking that a team that scored 8 goals in a game against the Spanish giants ie Barcelona will do a lot of harm to PSG

However it ended 1-0

Kingsley Coman, who started his career at PSG, settled a tense affair with a 59th-minute header at the far post from Joshua Kimmich's cross to leave the French giants still searching for that elusive Champions League triumph.

It was a night of joy for Bayern coach Hansi Flick, who added the Champions League to the Bundesliga after initially taking over as interim coach from sacked Niko Kovac in November.

In contrast, it was a night of bitter disappointment for PSG's two attacking superstars Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, who failed to produce their best and found themselves frustrated by Bayern keeper and man of the match Manuel Neuer when they had the best of the first-half chances.
