create new VPN see that below:

1. go to "settings">"mobile network">"access point names">"tap on the three dots on the top right hand corner to open options">and select new APN and set as follows:

• Name: SS BIS
• APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net 
• Port: 127.0.0.1
• port: 8080

tap on SS BIS to activate save.
2.Open installed simple server and set as follows:

• Proxy host: 10.199.212.2
• proxy port: 8080
• injection method: get
• injection Query: http//web.blackberry.com
• log level:debug                          
• close it and connect.

3. download proxydroid and install on your android
     click to download proxydroid  install proxydroid and set as          follows:
Port: 127.0.0.1
Host: 8080
Note: Proxydroid is for Whatsapp connections if you encounter problems see how to nset up open vpn
