Mr. Uguru Sani the former commisioner of Agriculture in Cross River State is Sudpected for Fraud

Mr. Uguru Sani whom was the commissioner of Agriculture, water resources and Rural Development in Cross River State is also a suspect for Fraud.

He became the commissioner of Rivers State during the military administration in the state which was the last military rule, and it was headed by Col. U. F Ahmed which was handed over to Mr. Donald Duke by Amed on 29^th May, 1999.

Mr. Muhammadu Buhari  have also been fighting against insurgence in Nigeria. And does beside him could also be part of the people promoting insurgence in the country.
