Man Dumps his Dead Father in a Pit

Man dumps the corps of his dead father inside a soak-away pit  according to the suspect he said that the reason why he did that was because there was no money. He said that he had begged all his friends and relations for money but nobody was able to help him out.

However, he had been detained in the police station and the police said that it is a criminal offence and the police also said that the offence is punishable by law and quoted the chapter that says "a dead man has right to be buried". 

Moreover, the police said that after the investigations that he will be tried in the court of Law.
